These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of sosalinkz.com and any purchases from Sosa Linkz LLC ("Sosa Linkz," "we," "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site.

You must be at least 18 years old — or the age of majority in your state — to place an order. By placing an order, you confirm you meet that requirement.

An order placed on the site is an offer to buy. We accept your offer when we ship your piece — not when payment is authorized. Until shipment, we may cancel an order for any reason (out of stock, pricing error, suspected fraud) and refund you in full.

We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer, per household, or per order.

All prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is calculated and added at checkout where applicable. We do our best to keep pricing accurate — if a piece is listed at an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you rather than honor the mistake.

Payments are handled by Stripe. By checking out, you authorize the charge and agree to Stripe's own terms.

Delivery timing, return eligibility, and warranty coverage are set out in the Shipping, Returns, and Warranty policies, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We aim for accurate photos and descriptions, but colors can vary slightly between screens and real light. Sosa Linkz jewelry is 14K gold plated, not solid gold, as clearly disclosed on the product page and in the site footer.

The Sosa Linkz name, logo, product photography, and written content on the site are the property of Sosa Linkz LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of it commercially without written permission.

Don't use the site to break the law, hack, scrape at volume, submit false orders, or misrepresent yourself. We can terminate access for anyone who does.

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Product warranties are limited to those stated on our Warranty page. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have that can't be waived under applicable law.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Sosa Linkz's total liability arising out of any order or use of the site is limited to the amount you paid for the piece in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version — dated at the top of this page — is the one that applies to your order.
