Sosa Linkz currently ships across the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO military addresses. International shipping is coming soon.

• Free standard shipping on all US orders over $299.
• Flat $9 standard shipping on US orders under $299.
• Express shipping (1–2 business days) available at checkout for $25.

Orders are packed and shipped from Miami within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery lands in 2–4 business days after shipment via USPS Priority Mail with tracking. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the following business day.

Every order over $199 ships insured. Once your order leaves our hands, delivery timing is in the carrier's. If a shipment is delayed beyond the estimate, reach out and we'll help track it down.

A tracking number is emailed to you the moment your order ships. If you don't see it, check spam and search "Sosa Linkz" — otherwise email us and we'll resend it.

If tracking shows delivered but your package is missing, contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan. We'll open a claim with the carrier and, for insured orders, replace or refund your piece once the claim resolves.
