What are Sosa Linkz pieces made of?

Every piece is 14K gold plated — 5 layers over a premium base metal — with deep-cut Miami Cuban links and a mirror polish. Rose gold pieces use the same construction with 14K rose gold plating on top.

Is this solid gold?

No. Our pieces are gold plated, not solid gold. That's how we deliver the weight and shine of a four-figure chain at our price point.

Will it turn my skin green?

With normal wear and the care outlined in our Warranty & Care guide, no. Skin discoloration is usually caused by chemicals (lotion, cologne, chlorine) wearing the plating down — keep those off the chain and it holds up.

What length chain should I get?

18" sits high on the collarbone, 22" hits mid-chest, 24" is our most popular — falls just below the sternum on most builds — and 26" sits lower, into a tee. Every product page has a length guide image.

What about bracelet sizing?

Wrap a string around your wrist where you'd wear the bracelet, mark where it meets, then measure it flat. Add about a half inch for comfort. 7" fits most, 8" runs a little loose for a signature Cuban link drape.

How fast do you ship?

We ship within 1–2 business days from Miami. Standard delivery lands in 2–4 business days via USPS Priority. Full details on the Shipping page.

Can I return it if it's not right?

Yes — 14 days from delivery on unworn pieces in original packaging. See the full Returns page.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet — US only for now. We're working on it.

Can I request a custom piece?

Yes. Head to the Custom page, send us the details, and we'll come back with a quote and lead time. Custom orders are final sale.

Which payment methods do you accept?

All major cards through Stripe — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Apple Pay and Google Pay show up automatically at checkout if your device supports them.

Is checkout secure?

Payments run through Stripe, which is PCI-DSS compliant. Sosa Linkz never sees or stores your card number.
